Several thousand people have gathered in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta, to protest against a minority Muslim sect, the Ahmadiyya community. Last week, a government panel recommended the banning of the group which believes that Mohammed is not the final prophet - one of the basic tenets of Islam.[]
